The service
MostBacked is a discovery and promotional-ranking service. A paid +1 is a public promotional support signal for a listing. It is not a purchase from, investment in, donation to or endorsement warranty for the listed business, place, product, app or service. MostBacked does not fulfill or guarantee anything offered by a listing.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract to make a payment. You are responsible for activity under your account or guest session and for keeping access credentials secure. Public Backer Tags and selected backing activity may be visible to others; payment-card details are not public.
Paid +1 Backs
Each completed $1 payment unit creates one +1 Back for the selected listing after the payment provider confirms settlement. You may back a listing you own or are affiliated with. Rankings measure net verified paid backing—not objective quality, independent popularity, unique people or a promise that a listing is best.
Final purchases, refunds and disputes
Back purchases are generally final because the promotional signal is applied when payment settles. Refunds are available only when required by applicable law, payment-provider obligations or a remedy MostBacked expressly grants. Refunded, reversed or formally disputed dollars are removed from ranking counts. Contact us promptly about duplicate or unauthorized charges.
No guaranteed outcome
A Back does not guarantee a position, audience size, click, customer, sale, award, partnership or duration of visibility. Rankings can change at any time as verified Backs, refunds, disputes, corrections and monthly periods change.
Listings and submitted content
You may submit only accurate information you have the right to provide. Listing names, marks and links remain the property of their respective owners. You grant MostBacked a non-exclusive license to display submitted names, descriptions, images and links to operate and promote the service. We may correct, hide or remove listings that are unlawful, deceptive, duplicative, infringing or unsafe to operate, without altering the payment audit trail.
Prohibited use
Do not access the service unlawfully; interfere with security or availability; use stolen payment methods; impersonate another person or entity; submit malicious code; scrape protected or personal data without authority; or misrepresent MostBacked rankings as an independent quality certification, customer review score or guaranteed award.
Third parties
Payments, authentication, email, hosting and linked listings depend on third-party services. Their own terms may apply. MostBacked is not responsible for a third party’s products, promises, availability or independent handling of information.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free rankings or that any listing is accurate, safe, suitable or available. Nothing on MostBacked is professional, financial or investment advice.
Limits and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MostBacked and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from the service or a listed third party. Any mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue features, suspend access for violations and update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms; where law requires separate consent, we will request it.
